At the close of 2024, JoLink Packaging held its much-anticipated year-end banquet—a joyful tradition that brings together all employees to celebrate our collective efforts and achievements. The evening was filled with laughter, gratitude, and surprises, culminating in a lucky draw where nearly everyone won a cash prize.
The event not only marked the end of a productive year but also reflected JoLink’s values: respect for every employee, recognition of contribution, and the belief that unity is our greatest strength.
A Night to Remember
The banquet was held at a local hotel restaurant, with more than 150 employees attending, including production staff, office teams, and management. The venue was filled with warmth, laughter, and a shared sense of accomplishment.
The evening featured a delicious feast, festive performances by our own team members, and a special awards segment honoring outstanding employees from each department.
“It’s the people who work quietly, day after day, that make JoLink what it is today,” said our General Manager during the opening speech. “Tonight is to celebrate every one of you—not just for your skills, but for your dedication.”
Recognizing Excellence
As part of the celebration, JoLink presented awards to 15 outstanding team members, who were recognized for their exceptional performance, reliability, and teamwork throughout the year.
Award categories included:
Best New Employee
· Excellence in Quality Control
· Most Reliable Production Team Member
· Customer Service Star
· Innovation in Packaging Design
Each awardee received a certificate, a cash prize, and a standing ovation from their peers.
One award winner from the gluing department shared emotionally,
“This is the first time I’ve ever been on stage like this. I’ve just been doing my job, but to be seen and appreciated—it really means something.”
Lucky Draw: A Surprise for All
The highlight of the night was the company’s annual lucky draw, where JoLink handed out hundreds of cash envelopes to employees—ranging from modest gifts to grand prizes.
This year, almost every employee won something, creating a wave of excitement and surprise across the room. Laughter and cheers broke out as names were drawn, with the biggest prize causing a round of applause that shook the hall.
“We don’t believe in hierarchy when it comes to celebration,” said the HR Manager. “Everyone contributes, so everyone deserves to take something home.”
A Culture of Gratitude
At JoLink, we believe that building a strong team goes far beyond wages or titles. It’s about creating a shared identity, where each person knows they are valued, respected, and part of something bigger.
Throughout the year, we offer training programs, birthday celebrations, and team-building outings, but the year-end party remains the most anticipated event, because it brings everyone together—not as departments or roles, but as one family.
Looking Forward to 2025
With the energy and unity felt that night, JoLink moves into 2025 with renewed motivation. The success of the past year—whether measured in machinery upgrades, major client wins, or production milestones—is rooted in the people who made it all possible.
Our commitment in the new year remains the same: to support our employees, invest in their growth, and celebrate every small win along the way.
As we said during the toast that closed the night:
“To every hardworking pair of hands—thank you for building JoLink, one box at a time.”
